Reconnect with people rather than products…
Jack and I went out to dinner last night I had my phone and kept checking it.
Today we went out for lunch, we both had our phones, kept checking them.
Yesterday i was awake at 2am until 6am, I ended up reading a novel on the iPad. Today it was 4am and i haven’t been asleep yet and its now almost midnight. I finished the novel.
Most of the time i have a phone, tablet or camera in my hands.
If not i am here, using my macbook.
99.9% of the time our TV is on,
My Foxtel and Fetch records are usually on record.
I have been taking time out from Technology whilst doing project life, and that’s been great.
I need to learn to go cold turkey and stop checking my phones etc for any messages.
There is more to life that Technology…
