Menu Plan – 4th – 10th November
I made this printable a few days ago, so this is the first full weeks menu that i am using on it.
So it’s been an age since i had to do a menu plan, with me being on the Michelle Bridges Programme, i have decided that it was a waste of my time and money continuing onto the next round since i managed to put almost 6kgs ON rather than take anything off. (Not knocking the programme it’s just not working for me at this point in time) So back to doing my own thing.
Since i got the Bellini i have been seeing so many great recipes and ideas for meals that i am really looking forward to trying some.
This was from a Nacho Kit, but we added to it.
Mince – Cooked in the Jamie, Then in the Bellini with the butterfly attachment – the mince, sauce mix (both), two small tubs of Tomato Paste, Can of Red Kidney Beans, Chinese 5 spice. Lid on, speed 3 for 10 minutes Temp 80-90. Add corn chips supplied in the packet to an oven proof dish, then top with sauce mixture and top with cheese. Cook for ten minutes in the oven on 180.
T: Home-Made Pizza (℗izza Dough in the Bellini and then cook in oven)
Deep pan pizza, deliciously bready with a crispy base. 2 cups sr flour, 1 tub plain chobani yoghurt, about 60ml cool water, 1 tspn bicarbonate soda, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, a sprinkle of dried Italian herbs). Combine 20 sec speed 6. Knead 1 min speed 1. Quick knead by hand, but get it in the oven asap. 220 deg for 10 to 15 mins). (From the Bellini Addicts Facebook page).

Chilli Jam (from the bellini addicts page) – 10 hot red chillies Roughly chopped keep the seeds, 5 red capsicums roughly chopped de seeded, 7-8 cloves garlic, 3 cups raw caster sugar, ½ cup of jam setter, 2 Cayenne chillies or some powder I use fresh paprika when I have it. 1 can of diced tomatoes, ½ a pundit if grape tomatoes chopped in half. 200 ml red wine vinegar, Dash wostershire sauce , Juice of 2 lime. Mince garlic first speed 7. 3 seconds Add all other ingredients Temp 100, speed 2, 25 minutes Then aroma it ST temp. Speed 2, 7 minutes Don’t have MC in just puts basket over hole as it bubbles up
