One Little Word – January 2014

For the past couple of years i have done one little word, This year i decided to do the OLW course that Ali Edwards offers, and i can’t say that i am disappointed, in fact i am far from it, it’s been an interesting exercise to work through the first months prompts from the course.

The book i am using is a Simple Stories Snap book, with various inserts

and pages also from the range. I haven’t completed this one yet.

Love these cut out pages.

My word this year is Journey:

I did a Pinterest search for Journey Quotes and found a few that i liked to add as filler cards.

I printed all of the cards in Project Life Heritage Edition Textured Cards. I wanted white but couldn’t find any. But the cream looks quite nice. The photo of me i edited in Picmonkey using the Picmonkey overlays.

I have just decorated using Washi Tapes and Stickers from the MAMBI Pocket Pages.

The silver and Gold stars throughout the pages are from a local cheap shop (they are PortaCraft Rhinestone Stars).

I used Picmonkey to edit all of the files, and changed a few around to suit the pockets that i am using.
