I started using *Bellini (more on that below) and ended up using Thermowhizz). *Bellini: Time 10 Minutes | Speed 1 | Steam 100. I then pulsed it once and it went everywhere, so whilst i had a shower and tended to my now burnt hand, arm & foot… Note to self blitz vegetables first, then add Liquid/Herbs. Jack transferred the whole contents of bowl over to the *Thermowhizz, and stuck it on Auto | Sauce Mode for the 22 minute cycle. Not all of the Veg was chopped so i put it on a low speed working my way up for 2 minutes, and it turned out great.
- 5 tomatoes
- Sprinkle of Mint, Parsley, Coriander, Ginger, Chilli, Pepper, Thyme (or herbs of choice)
- Brown Sugar
- Rustic tomato paste (sachet from fridge from another meal)
- Left over tomato sauce
- Apple Cider Vinegar
Chop Vegetables to fit into lid of Thermo Machine* Blitz until chopped. Add Herbs, Sugar, Liquids. After cooking mix more herbs through to desired taste, add salt if needed. Note | I just used what i had in the Fridge & Pantry, i didn’t measure anything.
