You know when it gets to that time in the day and your feeling a little peckish, and rummage through the pantries and fridges and find zip, and then look again find an unopened packet of pasta and the realise that you have nothing to put on top of it, yep that time..
So pasta goes into the Thermomix, and you search for odds and ends to make a sauce, and come up with this…
- 1 onion
Saute for two minutes
- Add two chopped up tomatoes
- Splash red wine
- Teaspoon stock
- Tomato paste
- Small sprinkle of chilli flakes
10 minutes, 100 degrees, Speed 1
At around 2 minutes left to go gradually up the speed until it’s all blended, Pour over pre-cooked pasta.
all up i would say it took me twenty 5 minutes to cook.
