I made this dish last week using the Marion’s Kitchen Thai Chicken Curry Kit and adding a few of my own ingredients, it turned out lovely. A few days later is used the San Choi Bow Kit from the same range and that was also delicious.
Preparing everything i needed a few hours before (even cutting the chciken up and defrosting the night before), made it a very quick meal to make.
We have been following the Thermofun January Menu Plan this month and have really enjoyed all of the meals. The fish ones i have had chciken instead (Jack and Angel had the Fish that Jack caught that day), and we used the same sauce over the top.
