Nov. 1: When you’re having a bad day with your mental health, what do you do to help yourself?
This i tend to struggle with, it does take me a few days at least to get out of my mood. I tend to drown myself in binge watching shows on Netflix & Presto. I try and meditate a couple of times a week and use my Apple Watch breath app. I do enjoy the 28 Yoga when i actually do it. Walks by the beach. A good coffee, Breakfast dates. Shopping always cheers me up.
