I ordered something online on the 2nd of August. It was Delivered on the 5th August, all good, but it wasn’t left as it was a missed delivery, I have then spent days trying to track the parcel down. it was at no time ever the fault of the seller, and I take full responsibility in the fact that the original delivery was missed (i am currently in a different state, so trying to navigate parcels has been interesting).

I contacted the seller who asked me to contact the courier company which I did, what followed was days of emails back and forth, broken promises and much frustration on my part.
The parcel was finally delivered…
- It had been opened.
- Thankfully not damaged
- Jack didn’t get to the door in time when the guy dropped it off, but as he was walking to the Train Station caught up with the guy delivering another parcel, The guy couldn’t speak English so didn’t understand what Jack was trying to say (re the parcel being opened). But the guy had just left a large box outside the gate of a house, so Jack picked it up and knocked on the person’s front door, They were really grateful, as the parcel could have easily been taken.
*Edited to add* I received a call from the courier company to ask if the parcel had arrived, I matter of factly told them, that not only would I not use their service again, but I would also make sure who I am buying from also doesn’t use them, as I won’t shop from those who do. The seller also contacted me and told me that they have also ceased using them after all of the trouble I have had.
